Payment Terms
Net 30 days pending credit approval. Orders paid with credit card will incur a 5% processing fee.
Prices
Call for a price list. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns
Returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be approved and in resale condition. Non-stock items are not refundable. Buyer is liable for the return shipping costs.
Freight Terms
FOB unless order qualifies for Free Shipping. As of 11/01/2021 free shipping is on orders of $3000.00 or more. Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. Non-stock items do not qualify for free shipping. Accessorial charges such as residential delivery, job site delivery, delivery appointment, redelivery, lift gate, etc. may be added to the invoice or on a separate invoice without notice.
Warranty
Levi’s Building Components will replace any product that is found defective by Levi’s Building Components within 180 days after original buyer invoice date unless otherwise noted per the product. See website for additional warranty information.
Screws
Pricing is per 1000 pieces at 250 per bag. However if not requested screws may be sent in bulk.
Broken Cartons
We ship faster and more efficiently with full carton orders. Broken cartons may delay the process. Add 25% for broken cartons on metal roofing sealant, butyl tape and pipe flashing (only black/gray EPDM and red/gray silicone). Other products will incur broken box fees as listed.
Snow Defender
$75.00 setup charge for custom colors not listed on snow guard color chart. Special order colors must be 500 pieces or more.
